Our hotel puts you close to all the exciting activities offered in New Braunfels including Schlitterbahn, Canyon Lake, Natural Bridge Caverns and the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers. After a fun-filled day, relax with our complimentary evening social* offered Monday through Thursday. Sleep soundly in your spacious one or two bedroom suite and wake up to our free hot breakfast served seven days a week. Each suite features a full kitchen, sofa bed and separate living and sleeping areas. Keep up with your workout routine in our fitness center. Unwind by the outdoor pool under the cabana or beneath the warm Texas sun.

Our room was not ready and they gave us a different room last minute and I guess it was pet friendly but I could definitely tell. Family felt itchy the next day so idk what that was about and the beds were not that great. Breakfast had cream cheese but no bagels and the eggs were bland but they did have lots of bacon which was great! Juice took forever to fill a cup but overall the ac was cold and it was fine for 2 days.

Not let their children run wild late at night, and maybe some could learn to walk a little less mad! Only complaint about the people that work there, if you are staying for a extended time, get use to the housekeeping slamming doors while they clean. They turn the top lock out, so the door won't shut and lock them out, and then the open and close the doors about 100,000 times, just slamming them. Forget it if you work at night, and need to sleep during the day. Good luck

Breakfast said until 10 but at 9:30 the lights were off and there was a yogurt and like 2 pastries left. Fresh fruit had dead fruit flies in it. Had to ask for soap for the dishes in the room it was not provided. Shampoo in the shower did not work even though it was full. Strange smell coming from all sheets and pillows.
