Some of the Front desks agents were nice, but lady working the night of 12.20 was not very nice or helpful when asking about amenities and breakfast inquiries. Regarding breakfast, I paid for the breakfast buffet which was OKAY - eggs were cold, not many options but solid enough. I would recommend that you skip breakfast here and just buy something nearby.

But I encountered classic Texas hospitality and friendliness. Clean rooms. Generous portions at breakfast. The room rate was also reasonable. I wish the HGI brand would go back to either a free breakfast or points, instead of this $10 F&B credit. But that’s not in their control at the location.
