Checked in the last week of august with Taylor who was very kind and gracious towards me even when I was exhausted from Tavel. She made me feel welcomed. Then 2 weeks later I had left my briefcases, and Taylor was again able to locate and find it for me after a brief description. She even brought it up to my room for me. I highly recommend staying here, with the wonderful staff who definitely needs a raise!

THEY KNOW THEY HAVE MOLD AND THEY SPRAY AIR FRESHENER TO HIDE IT. THIS IS DISGUSTING AND IT MADE ME VERY SICK. BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE IN THIS PLACE. DO NOT STAY HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY! I HAVE VIDEOS AND RECORDED CALLS. THEY ARE AWARE OF THIS MOLD AND JUST TRY TO HIDE IT.

Was hesitant from some of the negative reviews online. Very glad I stayed here. There are remodel supplies on site but they are kept out of the interior. The entire facility was very clean and neat. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was excellent as always at Holiday Inn Expresses. Definitely a quality hotel if you need one. I travel for work.
