I forgot to take photos. The decor appeared to be all updated recently. The TV looked to be new, 50 inch, and HD. Hot breakfast was great, varied, and included in room price. Breakfast service was from 6 to 10. Our bed was too soft for my wife and myself. Pillows were not very substantial. Everything else was super!

If I had one critique it’s that the beds are to hard (for my taste). I appreciate that it’s off the main road and provides a safe space for our family.

The girl that checked me in exceeded every customer service expectation I’ve ever had. I came in last minute, and she told me they were sold out for the night, and as I was leaving, she came outside to tell me she was going to clean a room for me so I could stay there, and she did exactly that. (I did not get her name because I was literally in shambles and alone 10 hours from home.) The girl the next morning that checked me out (also didn’t get her name) gave me that exact same friendly, helpful energy and I appreciate their kindness more than I can explain on a google review. If y'all see this thank you both SO much!!! The breakfast was great, the housekeepers & desk girls were all so friendly, the room & hotel in general was very clean! 100% recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Shantel was amazing and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. All of the staff, including the room cleaning staff were so delightful and happy. Our stay was during thanksgiving and was wonderful. The only thing I would change is to have a small glowing night light in the bathroom so when using the toilet at night we wouldn’t have to turn on the main light. Thank you Shantel and staff for making this a wonderful experience.
