He went out of his way to find an available room for me, personally going to the room to see its condition. At check in, he was professional, polite and helpful! Any questions I had he made sure to get an answer for me. Michael is an asset for the Spark by Hilton in Missouri City TX! The room I was given was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar was also very nice providing a nice snack to start my day.

This location was perfect, literally anything you would need while out of town was right at your fingertips literally in walking distance. I had no idea when I booked as I am not familiar with Missouri City. April was on duty when I checked in and she was so nice and sweet and made me feel so welcome. The room was clean, comfortable and had extra towels which I appreciated. The night staff on duty when I came in from my event was also very nice. Although this was my first time hearing about the Sparks brand, I will be back and will recommend for anyone who wants a nice room at great price.
