I complained about the lack of hot water in the shower. I was told someone would come to check it out. No one ever came. Breakfast is blah...Do not recommend staying here.

I’ve stayed here a few times as it is close to family, and I will never do it again.The rooms are dirty and overall a biohazard. The sofa bed I was supposed to sleep in (traveling with someone else who’s in the king bed), smells very strongly of urine. The fitted sheet looks clean, so I assume the mattress is urine-soaked. Either way, it’s disgusting and there is not a way to get a new room because this hell hole is apparently sold out. I will be sharing the king bed in the meantime, but I zero percent would be surprised if it has bed bugs.
