Jaylynn by far was the most hospitable and helpful staff member there. Alexis was helpful and friendly with check out. After being there for 1 week these are the standouts. The rest of the staff acted as if they were being bothered, and no I am not a " Karen". The room was really nice. Noise level was no problem. Breakfast was good.
I will try a different hotel next time.

Do not stay at this property. My family and I were there for a weekend graduation and as the location was amazing the room and and their manager is not worth your money.
First the manager says the rooms are normally 300-500$ and that is a lie if you look online and see their prices.
She is also impossible to get a hold of and does not follow up when she said she would.
We encountered many issues with our stay and as the front office staff and overnight heard us and showed empathy. Management had no idea of what happened and seemed less empathetic to care that we had a horrible night and there was not rest or peace had.
Do not stay on the first floor as when people exit you can hear the side door slam, and if your near the pool you can hear the pool mechanics going on all night, also if you hope to watch tv or be connected to the WiFi that will never happen and their staff said “oh it’s like that all the time”
Hilton is dedicated to “making it right” and the manager stated “your experience is your experience sorry!”
***Stay away from this property and stay at another one next to it, save your money and “experience”****

Rooms and service were great. They also have a good breakfast selection. A corner in the lobby is decorated really cute with grinch themed Christmas decorations.
I only have 3 complaints…the loud music coming from the bar next door, really dirty shower floors and difficulty finding parking in parking lot.
We stayed in 2 different rooms and both shower floors were really dirty. Also, Fair to Midland is right next door, so their customers park in the hotel parking lot, therefore, making it difficult for the hotel customers to find a place to park.
Other than that, everything was great. Hotel is located near Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
