Hands down, kind, caring made sure we had more than what we needed. Rooms are clean, they smell great. The beds are so comfortable, even my kids said so. The breakfast, though not hot food is still good, we had no problem getting enough to eat. Would highly recommend, and would stay again!

I used the mobile check-in and digital key features, so I really didn't have to interact with the front desk at all when I arrived. I asked if all floors had ice machines as I walked in, and the receptionist at the desk was very friendly and informative. She was helping someone else, and I overheard the hours for the continental breakfast, so I had limited interactions with the staff. They seemed very friendly and knowledgeable, from what I heard. The room was clean and seemed to be recently updated. The TV had a wide range of channels, as well as streaming apps you could sign in to if you wanted. There's nothing fancy about the room or breakfast, but the price was a good value for the area, and I felt it was clean and safe, and I was very comfortable during my stay.

Breakfast is CLEARLY marked as being a "Bagel Bar" on the website, at check in, everywhere. This is a Brand Specific. Like happy hour is to Embassy Suites. To see that, and then complain about not having a full hot breakfast buffet is ridiculous. Spark does it right by keeping it cheap by cutting back on amenities. Other brands through Choice or Wyndham keep it cheap by cutting back on Labor and Cleanliness. You can expect the Hilton cleanliness and service while paying much cheaper prices.
