    We stayed here over the holiday to see some family and were assisted by Jordan. We had an issue with our door that she fixed quickly, efficiently and with a smile. Our room was clean, stocked well and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

    My family and I ended up staying here after our AirBnB fell through. We were helped by Tommie. She was super helpful and professional and dealt with our requests with a smile. The room was very clean and well appointed with all the comforts of home.

    Good place to stay. Its decor is modern vintage if that makes sense to you. It's the 1st place I have stayed in a long while that sold beer in its convenient pantry. The staff was very helpful.

    So it's a nice clean hotel overall. We were thrilled at how quiet it was until the herd of elephants checked into room 417 (at 11:15 pm on 11/21/2025). The pounding on the walls and through the floor was noticeable through even the AC, shower and dishwasher. On that note, there were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher when we arrived and only in the shower did I find out that the conditioner bottle was completely empty. Down pillows were left in the room despite our request when booking for no down pillows (allergic). So we did call for a regular pillow to be brought up even though she said most of the pillows were down. (?) We also ended up packing up early to check out ASAP due to the continued child screaming and pounding from next door. The top floor on any hotel should not be for small children or pets. How about banning inconsiderate jerks from the hotel chain? It was however pretty quiet minus that.
