Happily getting back on the road this morning, we are wonderfully rested, with our bellies full from such a yummy breakfast! Shout out to the marvelous resturant and crew!!! Thanks ❤️ 😋 Junior was perfect at the front desk, he greeted us warmly, and quickly got these weary wanderers into the perfect room last night! Suzie started our day out in such an amazing way, it's sure to make us have a happy day 😀 The renovation was great! Incredibly comfy and luxurious beds, plus hot water and quiet a/c....golly did we ever sleep!!! Yay, we are back in Texas Pride territory. Thanks for the care and attention to details, it truly made the difference.

The rooms are older but clean enough for a night. Location is within walking distance to the stadium.

I stay here on my trips to Midland but may need to find a new property and here’s why: Pros: room large, service friendly (both front desk & F&B) good gym, plenty of places to eat nearby. Cons: room dated, TV non functional, pillows horribly flat (needed to pile 3 for any support) HVAC erratic (warm had to drop it to 65 degrees)

Based on my experience, DO NOT STAY HERE! The worst check out experience of my entire travel history. With 5M+ air miles and 1M+ hotel points, as well as being a Hilton Gold Elite member, it is hard to imagine or describe the painful 40 minute check out experience over a missing breakfast credit. The front desk representative has no business at the front of the house or engaging with the public. She managed to make a simple adjustment into an escalated horrible experience. While trying to check out, I showed her the conditions from the Hilton website. I contacted Hilton customer service who agreed that I was correct, then spoke with the front desk rep, and even though see promised to fix the problem, never issued the credit. To make matters worse, I spoke with the General Manager a few weeks later who assured me everything would be fixed including addressing her staff issues. Well 2 months later including a second call to Hilton customer service with many promises and no action. If you are looking for bad attitudes and broken promises, this is your place.
