Barn door on bathroom was a nice design idea, but not very practical in real life. Surface cleaning was OK, deep clean was a fail, including stained mattress topper side. Front desk was generally AWOL and the phone was never answered when needed!

When asked about the cancelation of my room she sounded like she was troubled to help me with my situation. Unfortunately I will not consider to stay at this specifc hotel in the near future.
