If you don't want to put hair conditioner in the room, ok, but at least make it available please. And no, conditioning shampoo is not the same.

If you are looking for your typical Hilton experience, go somewhere else. Staff were great but the hotel is ran down. Needs some upgrades for sure. Found condom wrappers in the room. The room had a bad odor. I know this is an oilfield town, but for the cost of the room you'd think they could put some of that money back into the hotel. I didn't mind taking the stairs but had to laugh after I found out the only elevator has been down for over a month now. Poor management.

Hotel was in disrepair. Not up to any hotel standard, let alone Hampton Inn. It appears $0 have been put into repairs or maintenance. 3 cheap coffee makers on the front table, broken elevator, and torn apart ice maker are indicators of the condition of this place. I'm not happy that I got tricked by trusting the brand reputation.

The good.
Decent location. And the Front Desk Worker Helen was professional and courteous..
The bad
Everything else. I was on the 3rd floor. I won't complain about the non working elevator. But the floor in hallway had several low spots. Feels unsafe at best. The room smelled unpleasant.. Broken tiles. This place has definitely seen better days.

During my recent stay at this Hampton hotel, the staff provided courteous and attentive service, which was a highlight of the experience. However, the overall condition of the property fell short of expectations for the brand. While the rooms were technically clean, the sticky floors and bedding created an impression of neglect, detracting from the sense of cleanliness. The outdoor pool was functional and refreshingly cold but showed signs of wear, with chipped paint and dilapidated furniture in need of repair or replacement.
The hotel’s rundown state suggests a need for significant maintenance and updates to meet Hampton’s typical standards. If this condition is consistent across other rooms, the management should consider lowering room rates until renovations are completed to better align with guest expectations.
