- BBB BNov 18, 20254.0The hotel is exceptionally clean. Service is great. Hotel was sold out but didn’t feel busy or crowded at happy hour or breakfast. Only 2 queen accessible rooms were available at booking. They aren’t my favourite room. The bed and pillows were ok but I dislike the synthetic fabric sheets. Stayed on the 2nd floor across from the noisy ice maker and didn’t hear any outside noise once in the room. This hotel does not have a hot tub. The Hilton app pictures are misguiding as it says pool and hot tub. The pool is a nice size and heated so it made up for the missing hot tub.

- KCKatherine CreechOct 17, 20255.0I came here to leave a review because Alandra and Yosimar, truly went above and beyond for me. I was in town for business and stayed at Home2 Suites. The morning of my meeting, I went to my car and it was completely dead. So I had to put my vehicle issues on the back burner and uber to make it on time for my meeting. When I returned later, after I had already checked out, I asked Alandra if they could make any towing or shop recommendations for me because my car was dead. She was so kind, and empathetic. She asked me to give her a second and she contacted her maintenance team. Well, less than 5 mins later, Yosimar shows up with a portable jumper pack. Low and behold, my car started and it got me to the dealership. They could have easily been like, uh, yup, call AAA and just left me waiting there. It was the kindness, compassion and friendliness that truly stood out to me. People go unappreciated far too often and I'm very grateful they were at work that day to really ease my mind as I was figuring out how I was going to get back to Austin. Thank you, Alandra & Yosimar! I truly appreciate both of you and I hope your management team knows how lucky they are to have you both!
