    A VERY MIXED review. I had a very spacious room. It was actually a 2 room suite with 2 doubles in one room & a king in the other.. & a living room with couches & a fridge. The bedrooms themselves were fine...my bathroom was not totally clean though & was showing signs of age/poor care & condition around rotting baseboards & some loose fixtures. My bed was comfortable & plenty of closet & desk space to work. Full size fridge was nice. The fitness center was mediocre at best. Big weight rack with SOME dumbbells...the rack was mostly empty (see my pics) dumbbells from 25-50lbs only. That's it. No cable machine of any kind. Ceiling in that fitness room was severely water damaged too. I was getting ready to check out around 11am & went to jump in the shower. NO WATER...Just noises when you turn it on. Tried to call front desk.....phone in room wouldn't work. Texted through Hilton app & a few minutes later "sorry water broken maintenance working on it... should be back on in 20. About an hour & 15 minutes later (after checkout time) the water finally turns on in the shower. The WATER WAS FILTHY BROWN & there is now visible dirt all over the bottom my bathtub. (see pics) I'm in a hurry & borderline late for Company event. I let water run & run & eventually the water got enough & I was out of time so I just showered. Stopped by front desk on way out & while they were polite/nice people THEY OFFERED NOTHING in compensation for delays or the dirty water mess I had to deal with for the last 90 minutes. Disappointing. I had breakfast at the hotel & my omelette was good & my hispanic waiter was very attentive & did a good job taking care of me/my food etc.

    Para mis necesidades está super bien ubicado, esta a 5 minutos de Target, Burlington, Marshall, Walmart, Dollar Tree, Dicks, varias tiendas más y también hay varios restaurantes cercanos.

    No tengo más que palabras de agradecimiento a este hotel ,a su personal. Siempre dispuesto a solucionar te los inconvenientes. Estuvimos hospedadas con mi hija por un tema de salud casi 3 meses.Los sres que conducen el Shutler Jesús Cantu, Obed, y David excelentes siempres amables y dispuestos a llevarnos donde necesitamos. La encargada de cocina María Gómez ,para nosotras Marichu, siempre con una sonrisa deseando nos buen día y preparándonos ricos desayunos.Jose Luis atento a cada necesidad igual que el Dr Arturo. No me puedo olvidar nunca de Rigoberto, para nosotras Rigo, con su calidez y humanidad deseando nos unas buenas tardes y siempre atento a nuestras necesidades. El personal de limpieza, todas las chicas en especial Vero ,cuidando la higiene de nuestro cuarto. Limpiando temprano nuestra habitación especialmente el día de las cirugías. Pero este personal no sería posible sin la impecable dirección de Yoli y el Sr Colunga. En todo momento nos hicieron sentir cuidadas ,protegidas y sobre todo familia. Fue mucho el tiempo vivido aquí y muy difícil, pero nunca nos hicieron sentir un pasajero , siempre nos sentimos apreciados y cuidadas. Gracias es una pequeña palabra que no puede expresar lo realmente o inmensamente protegidas que nos sentimos . Si en vez de estrellitas hubiera corazones para poner en la reseña este hotel tendría 10 corazones. Gracias nuevamente. Sandra y Camila

    I want to thank this location for the amazing hospitality. I don’t know who the manager or GM is but it’s starts from the top. It seems like you’re dealing with the same person all day because the hospitality doesn’t change throughout your stay. Thanks for everything
