That wasn’t ideal, but we understood things happen. The main reason for my 3-star rating is due to communication issues. My husband asked if breakfast was included, and the gentleman at the restaurant told us it was complimentary for Gold members. Knowing we had a $15 credit, we figured that covered anything extra and proceeded to eat there. However, when I called today to ask why we were charged, I was told breakfast wasn’t included after all. The team member even mentioned that her coworker (a woman) “specifically” told us it wasn’t — but I don’t recall speaking to a woman at all. Rather than acknowledging a possible miscommunication, it felt like the blame was placed on us. If you're a team member, please also note: this property doesn’t offer 50% off for team members.(we didn’t ask about this because we thought breakfast was included for gold members) We would have asked more questions and made a different decision. We only proceeded because we were told breakfast was included. A simple apology and clearer communication would’ve gone a long way.

Ruben in the restaurant asks if you purchased the meal by embarrassing you in front of other guests, room has an electrical panel open and broken, imagine if you had a pet or a child curious about that small door open. Very disappointed of this place
