The sheets are so soft! I did not expect that for a lower tier Hilton hotel. The rooms and lobby were clean. Breakfast had all sorts of toppings for your breakfast which was fun and delicious. It's an odd location to get to though. If your maps brings you to Walmart keep going, it's right lol. It's behind Walmart but doesn't have it's own drive way off of a main road.

Everything is great. It’s so clean! However it lost a star because the shower was the worst low-flow pressure I’ve ever had.

Honestly, it saddens me to write this review because of my newfound love for Tru by Hilton across many different states. For the last several months, I have stayed at a Tru at least 3 times a week and have ALWAYS had an amazing experience from the level of service to the good breakfast! So to all my fellow travelers, I would still recommend any Tru in the US. The reason I’m giving the 1-star rating is because of the person who was at the desk on this stay, Khyla or Kyhla (Can’t remember the spelling). I returned to this hotel for a consecutive night and when I walked in, i immediately felt the attitude from Khyla. She didn’t say anything blatantly disrespectful but out of maybe 100 front desk staff I’ve encountered at Tru’s across the country….Khyla is BY FAR THE WORST one yet. She is extremely unwelcoming, bitter, short-spoken, and uninterested in her position at this establishment. When I was faced with her level of disgust she has towards her employment here, I truly thought I was at a different place compared to the check-in experience I had the previous day. She was so unwelcoming that another guest who was a complete stranger to me, mentioned it on the elevator ride back down to the lobby. Dealing with her certainly won’t deter me from staying at Tru BUT management should really reconsider having individuals with this attitude as the first face you see when walking in. If I have to stay at this particular location again in the future, I’m definitely calling beforehand to confirm there’s someone different at the desk before I decide on booking here. To the rest of the staff I met, including the ladies who nursed the breakfast buffet….phenomenal job!

Clean and conveniently located, this location is great. Breakfast was also above average for the Tru brand. The pancake machine was working perfectly, and an automatic dispenser provided fresh, tasty yogurt. Unfortunately, the coffee containers were empty when we checked-in, so this location did not quite deliver on the 24/7 coffee perk. Additionally, the soap and shampoo bottles were mounted six feet high in the shower, which made no sense and required me to be on standby to dispense them while my child showered.

Great one night stay passing through on vacation. The rooms and hotel were really clean. The location is ideal, right off the highway we were traveling on, with restaurants and a Walmart nearby.
