- ATAngela Turner6 days ago4.0Our interaction with the front desk staff was professional and inviting. The wheelchair accessible room was on the fourth floor a longer walk from the elevator than expected. I would have benefited from having grab bars in the restroom as well as a walk in shower. We made it work. Upon checkout I was alerting my family I wanted some apple juice as I wheeled out with my walker a few steps behind them. They didn’t hear me , but the desk agent heard me. She not only heard me but proceeded to bring the juice to the car for me! An example of excellent customer service. She heard my request and stepped in with a smile. I will stay at this location again because of her kindness and proactive attention to detail.

( I now know I need a new mattress) The hotel room/lobby was clean and inviting. There was no hand soap in the bathroom though. The breakfast options are limited to bagels, a few muffins, two-three cearel options, boiled eggs, a dainty yogurt bar option, and some sub par coffee. While some might find it lacking I thought it was great as I only eat bagels and cearel at hotels anyway. The service was friendly and it was a lovely experience in general will likely stay at a spark hotel again. Oh the only thing I really took "issue" with was the exterior walls/windows are not sound proofing. I swear street racing was going on all night or something... Not really the hotels fault though.

They made us feel so welcomed and even presented my friend with her amazing bouquet of roses which put a smile of satisfaction on her face. The beds were soft, and we were able to get some great rest. What an amazing weekend stay here. The general manager even followed up to make sure our stay went well. Thanks for all your services and accommodations. 🫡😀👍🏾
- LPL POct 13, 20251.0Horrible hotel as a Hilton member you guys have to start taking care of your members what’s the point of being a member if your gonna be out in rooms that smell like smoke have blue stains in comforter and the phone in room doesn’t work. This never got handled at all you didn’t not fix stain immediately and manager there is rude and will hang up on you I will report this to corporate
