Like a lot of the other posters have commented, there are a lot of "extras". I actually was aware of the charge for breakfast but not of the parking. Most hotels have these features included in the stay.

My only issue. Why charge $12. For the exact same breakfast everywhere else gives for free ?

Decent hotel but they try to make a ton of money off of you. Breakfast is $12 and they try to sneak in a $7 per day parking fee... You are already paying to stay at the hotel and then they expect you to pay for parking. Book somewhere else where the breakfast and parking is free. This isn't a Disney World property.

This hotel is all about nickel and diming you. They purposefully fail to mention that their breakfast is not included, it's just in small print at the bottom of a sign in the lobby, and then try to charge you after you grab a plate. Breakfast is a minimum $12, even if you just got oatmeal or a bowl of cereal. They also hide that they charge you a $7 parking fee/day, except for a small except on their website, and then charge you when you leave or threaten to tow your car. This is not in a big city, there is no parking garage or protected lot. There is an abundance of parking elsewhere. The staff when we checked in was rude, acting like we were a bother. The floor on our level seemed as though the subfloor was rotting away, there were soft ditches in the carpet everywhere in the hallway that could cause someone to trip and fall, especially if they were elderly. The carpet was also disgusting in places near the elevators. Absolutely not worth the price, and borderline a scam. Don't stay here, spend your money elsewhere.
