The room was not clean — the sheets and pillows were stained yellow, and it was clear that proper cleaning had not been done before my stay. Even worse, some of the staff were rude and made me feel racially profiled, which was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they improve both their cleanliness standards and their staff training on respect and equality.
