Overall, a great place to stay. Reuben at the front desk was outstanding! Very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Also in the morning he greeted us with a happy smile and impressively remembered our names. Well done to everyone.

The first time we stayed a year ago, the rooms were OK, the service was fine, and the breakfast was about as expected for a typical Hampton Inn. Our recent stay in November was not a good experience. The breakfasts were limited and not very good. When we checked in, we were told housekeeping would be done every other day. However, we stayed for 5 days and housekeeping never came to change our bedding and towels. We removed the tag outside of our door every day when we left to go sightseeing. I spoke to the front desk twice and was able to get towels on the 3rd night of our stay. There was supposed to be a note to the head of housekeeping to clean our room, refresh sheets, towels, etc, but it never happened. This is unacceptable and we will not stay here anymore.
