    I was extremely disappointed with my stay. Our first room had ants everywhere (I have video), and we had to switch rooms. The next day I realized I left my makeup bag (with $500 worth of makeup and valuables)in the original room. When I told the front desk, they checked and said it was “gone.” Housekeeping had already been in there, and I truly believe my items were taken. To make things worse, management was rude and dismissive when I tried to talk about it. I left frustrated, unheard, and out hundreds of dollars. Very disappointing experience.

    HOUSEKEEPING STEALS FROM ROOM!!! So the original room I was in the bathroom seat stabled you when you sat on it when I arrived at the front desk the next morning when I was told another room would be ready the manager informed me I would be charged extra sence the only other room they had available was a double queen (my original room was a king) that’s fine I need to be able to use the restroom I am staying for 10 days!!! Fast forward to not even 24 hours in the room housekeeping was there while I was gone. MULTIPLE THINGS WERE MISSING and moved!!! Spook to front desk and nobody has even said missing items in the room SO I GUESS MY THINGS ARE JUST GONE!!! And I got charged for there room not being useable!!!

    So, I recently visited this establishment and was assigned a room that had a distinct moldy smell. I attempted to request a different room, but I was informed that it was not possible due to the way my company had booked it. They even refused to consider offering an upgrade by simply adding a small fee. Instead, they gave me two options: either return to my current room or cancel it. This response was utterly unreasonable, as it presented me as the customer with only two options: endure a room with a moldy odor or cancel my reservation.
