The staff were attentive and kind, and actually felt like they were even part of the whole event. It was flawless and organized. The dancing on the second deck was so fun. Every single guest said this was the best wedding they had ever been to and the views were incredible and the boat was beautiful!!!!

If you are looking for a relaxing cruise down the channel and back, it’s a good choice. There is very limited outdoor seating and it gets crowded on a nice day with people trying to see the sights. (Had to stand the whole time there are only 4 chairs on the outside deck) a highlight, the staff were very friendly.

The food and drinks were amazing - including 2 special holiday drink options. The staff were friendly and available the whole time. The DJ kept the music and announcements at a great pace. I highly recommend them for any event.

Booking was super easy and the agent was really nice, I only wish she would of stated the price at the beginning instead of at the end with my total. I was going to pay it regardless but would of been nice to hear ticket prices first. Getting to the boat was a little confusing, especially in the evening. We parked in the garage area and didn't see any signs of where to go. We are familiar with Kemah so we just walked towards the water until we finally saw a sign for it. Boarding process was very simple and easy, friendly and welcoming. A print out of the ticket wasn't needed since they had our names, which I liked. We sat at the top which I recommend for better views! Food was SO good! Gumbo was seasoned well and just enough, the entree was a buffet style serving so we had to go to the lower level. Everything they served was excellent from the steak to the roll of the side and everything in between! Dessert was an apple crumble, I wish this was served FIRST it was hot and not too sweet, perfect way to end the meal! Had a nice variety of drink options as well. The dance floor is really small so it can get crowded fast. Overall a nice time, I think it was a total of 2 hours and it definitely flew by, did not want the night to end!! Also the staff onboard were great as well!
- SSshaniqueDec 5, 20251.0I have been trying to resolve a dispute with this company for over a month now, and the complete lack of respect for my time and money is unbelievable. BEWARE. DO NOT HAVE YOUR WEDDING OR ANY IMPORTANT EVENT HERE. They treat you nicely until they have your money — after that, everything changes. My event was handled poorly, communication has been nonexistent after turning down the offer received by Ms. Shannon Ashe as I did not feel the offer was fair, and I have been left feeling absolutely robbed. No one has taken responsibility, no one follows up, and no one seems to care about fixing the mess they created. I’ve even filed a BBB complaint that they haven’t bothered to answer. They have been given time to respond but if they cared, I would have already been responded to. This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. The wedding coordinator that was supposed to be at my wedding did not show up and no one was there to replace her. I was not even told she was not present. I found out from a waiter. The wedding was unorganized and wasn’t what was promised in the contract. Dates can be seen in screenshotted emails that shows I have been trying to sort this out since Oct 25, 2025. The complaint can be seen in the screenshots also.
