The crew was fantastic and looked after our every need and want. The food was absolutely amazing and plentiful. Perfect weather, awesome crew, awesome food, awesome DJ, awesome boat. Definitely a 10 out of 10!! Shout out to Shannon who helped me plan this event. I could not have done it without you!

The champagne glasses for our toast were brought out long after the time had passed, so we missed that special moment. The manager accidentally dropped our cake while packing it up, and the utensils for cutting it weren’t in place. There was also confusion about our bridal room and a lack of clear communication once our micro wedding merged with the general cruise event. I can understand that it was a micro wedding, but nonetheless, it was still a wedding — and it didn’t feel like we received the care and coordination that day deserved. I did share this feedback with management, but the response felt somewhat dismissive and didn’t fully acknowledge the disappointment we felt. I hope my experience helps the venue improve for future couples, as the potential for a beautiful event is definitely there with better organization and communication.
