- JEJosh E2 days ago2.0Let's start off with the hotel is clean and the front desk was semi helpful with the issues but for me I will not ever stay here again. It was about 10:30 pm and I notice my room not going pass 70 or 71 degrees. I tried to lower it pass 68 but the ac would not go pass it. The front desk moved me rooms to another floor because she said they dont have a policy that locks it a certain temp. When I arrived to the other room the same thing happened. Ive stayed at other Tru hotels but ill never come back to this one or recommend it to other people. Granted its fall here in texas but not being able to set your ac to what you desire is a pass for me.

The dogs loved people watching from the window 😆 I chose this location because it was near most of the errands I wanted to run while I was in town. We ordered Curry Pizza 🍕 for dinner which is always a favorite when we come back home to visit.

She keeps the front desk area in good spirits and you can tell she enjoys her job in assisting others. Because of how great my experience is with her, I often stay at this hotel when I’m in town.
