The staff was attentive and friendly, and I loved the thoughtful touches like complimentary makeup remover towelettes. The continental breakfast was very delicious with plenty of options. As a Hilton Honors Silver member, I really appreciated the complimentary bottled water and Milano cookies. There were a few hiccups, though. The digital lock on our door malfunctioned, and after much effort, both the staff and we gave up trying to fix it. This meant the staff had to let us back into our room after dinner, which was inconvenient. Also, the bathroom door squeaked REALLY loudly and could use some WD-40, and the bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working. I mentioned these issues at checkout, but the staff member didn’t make any notes, so hopefully they get addressed soon. Overall, a clean, comfortable stay with great amenities—I’d definitely return once these small maintenance issues are resolved!
