Every housekeeper smiled and was helpful when I needed anything. The lobby was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was an average mini full breakfast. I would say it's not a full breakfast and not as many options as some place that are a "home" or "suites" but it was pretty good. Coffee 24/7.. That was an A plus for me. I liked getting my evening coffee. Pretty good view of the sunset which was great from the 4th floor.

I have an affinity for chamomile tea at night which y’all provide by the coffee maker. Well I ran out and went down stairs and met Ryan Johnson, your senior sales manager. I asked if there was anymore tea because I couldn’t find any downstairs either. He said he would check for me and bring some up to my room if he found some. Well, y’all were out of the tea. Ryan took initiative and went to cvs and purchased a box of chamomile tea and brought it up to my room with a fresh cup of hot water as well. You just don’t get service like that very often. Thank you sir. Keep up the good work. That was above and beyond.
