The location is spot-on, super convenient for getting around and the service is nothing short of exceptional. Every staff member was warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The food was top-notch, every meal was delicious, and the bar had a fantastic atmosphere that made it the perfect place to unwind in the evenings. All in all, this hotel nails it on every level, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you team, I will definitely be returning!

To start off, the hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to the freeway and tons of options nearby for both food and shopping. When checking in I was greeted by the manager, Kevin. He was very helpful and made the check in process a breeze. Everyone working here was very friendly and Mr. Kevin made sure to follow up with me every time he saw me to make sure everything was to my liking. The rooms are very nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable. Overall I felt this was an excellent hotel for the price and the service rivaled most 5 star properties I have stayed at. I will definitely be staying here from now on whenever I am in town. Thank you to Kevin and his team for making my stay such a memorable one!

- SSShadi6 days ago5.0Perfect location right off of I-10 in katy . Parking lot was very bright at night and made me feel safe arriving late. They have a shop next to the front desk with food and drinks which was nice since I got in so late. Room was nice and clean, all staff from check in to housekeeping was very kind and helpful!

A special shoutout to Mrs. Kristin, the AGM, for her incredible support and attention to detail, Marisela and Samiya from the Front Desk for their warm hospitality and assistance, and Sonya and Celimar from the kitchen. Norma, our housekeeper, kept everything pristine and comfortable, while Rafael, the houseman, made sure we had everything we needed throughout the event.
