Great visit, friendly staff. Easy check-in, ample parking. Clean room, no issues. You will hear freeway noise, since the hotel is adjacent to I-10, but it didn't keep me awake. Apparently Hampton Inn's are adjusting their hot breakfast menu, out with scrambled eggs and in with mini-fiesta omlettes, not my preference, but I assume it's a cost issue. So the breakfast isn't quite as good as years past, but I still like the hotel chain.

We love this Hampton in Katy,TX!
Rooms are always clean & comfortable.
The staff is extremely kind & helpful.
Kaitlin at the front desk is the best!
She’s never too busy to help, answers any questions, very personable & check in is fast & easy. Also Margarita in the breakfast room is so sweet. She asks if we need anything & always greets us. I looked forward to seeing her smiling face each morning! We stayed for 10 days in November. Location is very convenient to everything in Katy & surrounding areas. We will be staying here whenever we’re in Katy!

My girlfriend and I stayed here tonight during a shopping trip together. The staff was excellent in our room was very clean. They even brought us a table, chairs, and snacks for our nighttime card games. I would highly recommend them. The staff names I can remember, who were so helpful were Margarita, Stephanie, and Nina.

I stayed at this location for two days and experienced some issues during my visit. There was no hot tub, even though it had been advertised — this was disappointing since my kids were looking forward to that feature.
The front desk staff member who replaced Brandon and the manager was not very accommodating to guests with dietary restrictions, particularly for those who don’t eat meat. When I raised this concern, I was told that breakfast was complimentary, without recognizing that it is included in the room rate.
On a positive note, Brandon at the front desk was exceptional. He went above and beyond by speaking with the wonderful cook to ensure that our breakfast needs were met. If I return to this hotel, it would be because of the kindness and professionalism shown by Brandon and the cook.

Thank you for your reply. I would like to clarify a few points mentioned in your response. I did not state that “there was nothing I could eat ...” or that “other hotels let me order and cook my meal to order.” What I did mention was that all three of the hot breakfast items contained meat, which we do not eat, and that other hotels typically offer at least one hot breakfast option for guests who do not eat meat.
Additionally, during our conversation, the manager (and possibly the owner) repeatedly emphasized that breakfast was free, even though I clarified that I paid $258 for two nights or $129 per night and that the rate did include the breakfast portion. Thank you very much, I am staying at a much better hotel at a comparable rate in the same area!
