We booked 13 rooms for our group, and the customer service was shockingly bad. The owners were rude not only to us but also to our guests, showing no regard for basic hospitality. They refused to explain charges and even went as far as to imply they didn’t need our business while we were in the process of securing the rooms. As frequent travelers, we’ve never encountered such unprofessionalism. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this hotel entirely!

The staff will tell you when to call the manager. Then when you call they say he is unavailable and he won't call you back.
- ALAdam LocklearAug 31, 20251.0I stay in hotels regularly for work, and this is easily the worst room I've ever walked into. I will never stay here again under any circumstances. Small to medium-sized roaches everywhere in my room, and I mean EVERYwhere. It was a total infestation. The cherry on top? I found what appeared to be tiny pubic hairs in the hand towel I almost used on my face. I've never been so disgusted by a hotel room in my life. Management should be nothing short of ashamed that even ONE room is in this condition, and it's highly unlikely this type of gross neglect isn't showcased elsewhere in the building. If you're reading this, do yourself a favor. Sleep somewhere else.
