We booked 13 rooms for our group, and the customer service was shockingly bad. The owners were rude not only to us but also to our guests, showing no regard for basic hospitality. They refused to explain charges and even went as far as to imply they didn’t need our business while we were in the process of securing the rooms. As frequent travelers, we’ve never encountered such unprofessionalism. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this hotel entirely!

The staff will tell you when to call the manager. Then when you call they say he is unavailable and he won't call you back.
