When we arrived it was like none of those calls were ever made. I do want to mention that Candice at the desk was kind and helpful. And Anthony in the bar/restaurant was extremely helpful to go above and beyond. Even with the issues we had, helpful, kind employees go a long way to make up for the problems

My further recommendation is to have a dryer that dries clothes the first time. I had to dry my clothes with the hair dryer in the room so I wouldn’t be late for work. Not happy.

Rooms weren't the best quality for what you pay for: the walls are paper thin so you hear everything and the doors to the rooms slam closed so it'll keep you up all night. The beds were hard as a rock and the cords for the curtain were broken so we couldn't open or close it. The display lighting on tv was broken so it was just a blue screen. Overall just a terrible experience for what we paid and the staff at checkout didn't seem to care. There were also dead bugs in the corners of the room and questionable stains on the couch. Won't be back.

But when I woke up in the morning, they told me the buffet wasn’t available and refused to give me a refund. Instead, they offered just one dish, which is completely unfair, so I refused. They’re still keeping my money and refusing to refund me.
