Front desk said “oh yeah” and already knew about it prior (Apparently the entire one side of rooms due to plumbing issues). Next room had gross stains on the floors and couch. Overnight we woke up and our room was shaking oddly. We called the front desk asking if they knew the cause for the shaking, and they insisted that everything was fine, and they’ll send maintenance to the floor in the morning. We booked for 3 nights originally to end our road trip. But, we went elsewhere after 1 night, and got a refund for the remaining 2 nights which we are thankful for. I would add a video of the ringing if videos were allowed here.

They switched rooms on us, gave us a king when we booked 2 queen, would not allow us to check in 15m before 4pm, would not allow us a late checkout on a Sunday, and unfriendly treatment. Maybe it was my lucky day. Maybe the front desk person was having a bad day.

When we arrived it was like none of those calls were ever made. I do want to mention that Candice at the desk was kind and helpful. And Anthony in the bar/restaurant was extremely helpful to go above and beyond. Even with the issues we had, helpful, kind employees go a long way to make up for the problems
