Hilton Rewards member and this was the only place where excuses that I am not a gold member when I was greeted. I had to ask for the two complementary bottles of water and the receptionist informed we are independent and do go by the same rules as the other Homewood Suites. Disappointing and I do not plan on staying there ever again. Ill find better service else where.

Great staff, rooms have a kitchenette complete with a full fridge, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher. Super close to MD Anderson West Houston building, only thing we didn't like, all of the room lights are brighter than the sun. No dimming the bedside light, bathroom light, or mirror. I'd still stay here, but be ready to use your cell phone or a flashlight for less-harsh lighting at night.

Took a picture of a roach on the cabinets. This was about 6 am, with the lights on and I’d been up getting ready for work for about 10 minutes. I’d seen one the night prior, and told the front desk. The explanation was it came in through the AC. Regardless there’s roaches. The one from the night prior looked like a German cockroach. The one in the picture looked like a small American cockroach or possibly an Asian cockroach. Not sure, I didn’t ask it where it came from. I packed and checked out. I reported it to the front desk. They didn’t seem to take as a big deal, seemed that it will be passed to pest control. I think they need to get better pest control.

The worst experience we have had. We stay at hilton hotels all across the united states all the time and have been upgraded to diamond . This was by far the worst stay we had.
The old gentleman that checked us in was rude from the second we walked in. Getting angry at smallest things. He was yelling at us the whole time. To top it off they charged us extra on our final bill. We had two room reservations charged us extra for both rooms
Stay away from this hotel horrible they will charge you extra and service was horrible. Never again at this location.
