    Terrible stay. We walked into the room and immediately found a wasp inside and visible mold on the curtain above the AC unit. That alone is unacceptable. What made it worse was the front desk’s response—they were not accommodating at all, despite the clear issue. Instead of helping, one of us had to kill the wasp ourselves, which is not something guests should ever have to do. Between the mold, the insect problem, and the lack of concern from staff, this place clearly doesn’t prioritize cleanliness or guest safety. I would not recommend this Best Western to anyone.

    I made the mistake of ACCIDENTALY booking a night with this establishment, when trying to book my stay in Houston, TX. After realizing my mistake, I promptly called customer service. They called this establishment, and requested they cancel my reservation as it was an accidental book. They refused. After getting off the phone with customer service. I called the hotel myself. Explained to the front desk receptionist that it was an accident. That I am a professional driver in a commercial vehicle. He stated they had truck parking, and that I could drive there. After explaining that I had 0 hours to drive on my ELD( electronic logging device), and that it would be breaking federal FMCSA rules and laws for me to move my truck, and drive over there. He still refused to cancel. Stating rudely that my card would be charged if I didn't check in tonight. Blatantly mad that I had not chosen their hotel fir my stay. So much for being a Diamond Selct Member. Which means I stay at Best Western over 25 times a year. I managed to get that status in 3 months.

    Absolutely will not stay at this hotel again. Communication is horrible. Stayed and ac went out in room. Had to move my mother (78 yr old mother) due to room kept getting hotter and hotter at 9pm at night. Complained asked for room to be taken care of…..never received a call back from anyone. I had to call 2 weeks later to get an answer. Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THUS HOTEL.
