The front desk and maintenance staff were great, but housekeeping significantly affected my experience. Housekeeping only fully cleaned my room during the first week, despite me placing the “clean room” sign on the door multiple times. Most days it was ignored, and on one occasion they only provided fresh towels. I also felt uncomfortable due to housekeeping staff watching, laughing, and speaking about me openly. During breakfast, one staff member followed me closely while I got food, which made me feel unwelcome. In my final week, I switched rooms and found the bathtub was not properly cleaned, even after requesting housekeeping. Because of the uncomfortable treatment and lack of proper cleaning, I would not stay here again.
