Anyone with an IQ greater than 70 could give you a much better time without so much headache. This place is the worst, especially Gregg. He will make your trip so problematic before it even arrives that you'll want to call off the whole thing. From pressure tactics to disinformation, this place deserves less than a 1 star review, but that's all I could leave. Gregg will tell you something in writing that is mistaken. Such as the number of people allowed in an international group purchase. He'll further pressure you and your family to make drastic purchases and even further, charge a debit/credit card 10 times (2k a charge totalling 20k) when it was declined from an international bank the first time without calling you or your family member, then blame you for his failure to communicate. Further, he will tell you that your vacation will be canceled after he does same when you're 3 days from departure. Causing stress you wouldn't believe. Gregg will mislead you and tell you that you cant cancel or get a refund within 30 days when the vacation outfitters fine print outlines 15 days. Simply to lie and mislead. If you want to enjoy a wonderful time alone or with your family, Travel Dreams will ruin the whole experience before it even arrives. Find any other agent. Do it yourself. But damn sure, dont use Gregg or his outfit. Your head will virtually explode dealing with the pea-brain. To summarize, Gregg will pressure you and all your guests in ways unimaginable and will leave his dialogue on the rudest of terms. I only used him once, and me and my family will never do so again.
