- LNLee NortonJan 1, 20265.0The desk clerk, Sue, was very helpful and friendly. The room was well appointed with a king bed, desk area, microwave oven, refrigerator and sink. The bathroom was well laid out and the shower head high enough that I didn't have to stoop down.

I couldn't quite sleep comfortable though, I kept feeling itchy like there were crumbs in the bed sheets. The first day I noticed the gross orange stuff in the bathroom. I also couldn't help but notice the yellow pillows. There was a lot of dirty spots on the walls and the door that made me question the cleanliness of a room. After staying there 6 days I noticed that people are constantly coming in and out so the turnover rate of these rooms is quick, the cleaning may not be as thorough as it seems. They said the bed sheets are replaced daily but when I asked for new sheets due to itchy feeling, Nothing changed and I continue to use the same sheets. The first day I arrived I also noticed somebody left trash in the little ice can. It's a great hotel and I would recommend it for everybody it just needs a little more TLC sanitizing suefaces, and replacing old pillows, spraying bed for mites. On the Plus side they have gluten-free options for breakfast, free coffee, and a free gym. The room is Overall clean, nice employees and workers. I was still choose this place versus a motel 6, or some other cheap hotels due to the comfort and safety. it's also really nice that you get a mini fridge a microwave decent soaps and lotions to use. To add to this the reply they left was just for show, no one contacted me.
