I stayed at this hotel from Fri 11/14- Sun 11/16.
Upon arriving I was greeted by the gentleman at the front desk who was very friendly & gave me complementary bottles of water.
Heading up to the room using the elevator it was very shaky & loud, the occupancy on it was only 4.
I was on the 4th floor which was very humid/hot and REEKED of weed/smoke smell.
Once in the room, walking in it seemed decent then entering the bathroom it was infested with gnats, gnats in the tub, toilet, towels, floor as well as hair which was unacceptable to me.
The bed was okay, the sheets/pillows had an odor to me & hair on it.
The next morning we spoke with Janice via text message (initially) about the cleanliness of my room which she apologized for & offered to change room, around 3pm I spoke with Courtney (the PM desk) who spoke with management & claimed the head of housekeeping personally went & cleaned my room but if I still wanted to switch rooms they would so I returned around 9/9:30pm (which gave them all day to clean the room) upon returning the room hadn’t been serviced AT ALL, not even a fresh set of towels.. so at that point I went down to the desk & showed Courtney pictures of my room where she apologized and switched me to a new one, upon checking into this new room, it also was dirty hair etc which convinced me that housekeeping just doesn’t care about doing their job.
I will not stay at this hotel again.
The location is okay, the staff is pretty friendly though, the little store options were okay as well.
If you staying for a night, it’s okay not good for a long term stay in my opinion.

Staff was cool and gave a warm welcome. Breakfast was awesome. All the other people staying there were really nice as well. Don't forget to eat at the shop and let them know youre staying at the hotel

I stayed here for one night and was extremely disappointed. I arrived late at night and discovered the next morning that there was visible mold in the A/C unit, shower, and toilet bowl which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one under the Hilton brand.
When I reported it to the staff, and later on, manager, I was given the runaround with no real solution, refund, or compensation offered. I reached out to Expedia for assistance, and while they tried to help resolve the issue, the hotel manager wouldn’t take their call or cooperate.
The lack of cleanliness and accountability here is alarming. I won’t be staying at this property again and strongly recommend others check their rooms carefully or book elsewhere.

Second visit not great! After couple hrs staying in started smelling cigarette so bad. Told the front desk about it “we’re busy because weekend and that’s why smell a cigarettes” that was their respond! I have very sensitive odor smell condition,headache and stomachache. I didn’t stay after the symptoms, they offered me a refund but never happened. Try to talk to the manager but no response yet. I don’t recommend this hotel!
