- AEAbudhabi EraNov 16, 20255.0My brother in law was celebrating his 50th and we stayed at the hotel. Room was spacious and very neat! I want to particularly recognize Isaac at the front desk. His customer service skills are superb and this was the individual experience of everyone in our group. He is the kind of person I would hire if I had a business of my own! Considering we had a long night at the party, we had asked for an extended check out till 12:30. The cleaning service lady knocked at 12 and asked when we would be leaving. I had mentioned that we had asked for extended check out, she said: “it’s already 12” and I then mentioned that I had extended till 12:30; she rolled her eyes and shook her head which was totally unacceptable; didn’t say a word. I still gave a 5 stars because the overall experience was great and Isaac really supported everyone and all the guests that attended from all across the world.

- DHDanielle Van HornNov 4, 20253.0When I travel I love staying at Home 1 Suites. I love the check in and out from phone. Room was clean upon arrival. I stayed here for a few days. Sexism day my room was to be serviced. At 1pm I went down to ask and confirm it would be serviced. I needed towels and trash definitely to be taken out. Lady was short and said yes than asked what room was I in. Why give an answer before even checking. 3 pm all maids were gone from the floor I went downstairs and asked again. The third time at 5pm I went down frustrated as. Asked for towels cause it’s obvious they were not coming. I got the towels I went out to dinner and came back they came to room gave me towels took trash but left the bed a mess. Maybe out of frustration I do not know. I can say next time in the area I will more different options.

My complaint is there is no Conditioner in the bathroom amenities and when I asked at front desk I was told hilton did not require hotels to have them anymore. It was very unfortunate as I always stay in hiltons and they all have it. Breakfast was ok they do not have any bananas or other fruit there was only apple as available. Very clean room. I will definitely stay again and give the hotel another try.
