Special shoutout to Precious and Tyra at the front desk for displaying exceptional customer service. You ladies are the perfect example of what the “Hilton” brand has been known for. All of hour help was greatly appreciated!! The bartenders were great and kept the drinks flowing! The location is ideal with lots of nearby restaurants and a beautiful view. The onsite restaurant had some tasty options as well. Epic Waters was within walking distance, which was a big bonus as thats where we spent Christmas day!! Cant wait to stay again. This is definitely my go-to staycation spot!

They were facing a big issue of no running water at the hotel which I believe they had no control due to a building construction near by. I was very upset when I reached the front desk but I was surprised by this exceptional young team at the front desk! They were welcoming, transparent, informative, and this compensated for any inconvenient situation. Just to name a few members of this team & kudos to you: Precious, Tyra, Amy, Anette. Thanks to all and for Karen’s smile and service every morning at the restaurant. A special shout out for Phillip Stiebel Water was back same the same day ;). - JDJohn DarwinDec 17, 20255.0Nice hotel. Reasonably priced, especially considering the spot. It’s in the middle of Epic Center, so lots of good eats and things to see in the immediate vicinity. Might have to drive around the parking lot for a few minutes to wait for someone to give up their spot.

And very professional. Seems I love her job busy with her a test clean up the room and making sure the guests need nothing. And the food was good on last night!!
