We stayed here many times of varying lengths of stay over the course of 2+ months. The staff is very helpful when we found anything not working in the room,(a couple of times out of the many different times and rooms) they offered to put us in another room.

We had a great stay. The 1st night our TV didn't work and they moved us to another room with no hassle at all. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is awesome for what we was doing and when we go back I would definitely stay here again.

We had a horrible experience at this Hilton Tru. The pool was closed by the health department. We couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone in the lobby. I walked down to the lobby and after I waited for 5 minutes hollering hello!!!!!, a person finally came out. I ask for an additional pillow and the she told us “we don’t have any extra linens, not even extra towels” How were they changing rooms without extra linens? It was not the Hilton experience I expected.

Front desk assistant was nice and friendly. Curtains in room are broken and when I went to open them they wouldn’t pull up and the panel at the top fell off and hit my head and arms. Luckily I did not get injured or cut. Just annoyed at the occurrence. Tiles in bathroom on floor were loose/broken as well and would clack when stepped on. Overall stay experience was okay.

I was excited for my stay, but within the first night I realized it was going to be rough. I was working night shifts during my stay (6:00 PM–3:00 AM), and unfortunately the noise made it difficult to rest. There were consistently loud neighbors upstairs, and I could clearly hear conversations from the room next door. The day shift staff was great and very helpful. However, the night shift staff member—an older woman—was extremely unhelpful. I reported having no hot water on four out of my five nights, but the issue was never resolved. When I asked for extra towels, she made a big deal about getting them, and when I asked simple questions about available snacks, she seemed reluctant to help. I’m not sure if this was due to a language barrier or simply poor customer service. On a positive note, the location is convenient, with a 24-hour IHOP next door. Parking felt safe and was located very close to the building.
