Room was comfortable and clean, but bathroom was in need of attention - shower doors were misaligned, floor tiles were uneven and raised, bathroom door did not align with lock so impossible to keep the door closed.

Is unbelievably very very cold and hot tub does not work and is very luke warm . There is no sign posted anywhere to let customers know that it’s not in operation and when ask about it front Desk all they can tell you it’s broken as of right now . Would recommend having a sign out saying hot tub not in service we are working on it . To let customers know before they try get in . My family 3 rd time to stay at this location first time it’s ever been like this .

This hotel did not disappoint as the lobby area was clean and has the modern furniture and color palette the we always expect. We love how the room TV has the guest name welcome on. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were no longer fluffy and loss it’s shape. The bathroom toiletries scents are always my favorite in Tru hotels and never disappoints. The towels however does not smell clean. Overall, we had a comfortable stay in this hotel and likes how it is close to Panda Express.
- ACAnnie CakeszOct 16, 20251.0Check out is at 12, the housekeeper knocked on the door around 11:10, didn’t even allow a response and because I was expecting a door dash delivery I didn’t bother to ask who it was, 3 seconds later she used her key and opened our room door and my gentleman was laying in the bed COMPLETELY unclothed. 12:10 she attempted to do the same thing. She didn’t speak a lick of English and neither was an apology in her vocabulary. Upon exiting the landing to the floor we was assigned when we checked in we immediately smelled urine and the top sheet on the bed smelled funky and like butt. We wasn’t told breakfast hours so when I came down around 9:14 it was already packed up and cleaned up. I’ve NEVER heard of a hotel only serving breakfast from 6-9 am. The sassy gentleman at the front desk was rudely scolding a previous customer on the phone and delivered no hospitality. The freezer at the front that usually contains frozen food was broken so there was nothing to eat for a quick meal. The best thing about this hotel was the cleanliness of the bathroom and the location. The staff aren’t welcoming and they need to deep condition the hallway carpets as well as strip ALL the sheets in the rooms when they wash do they don’t smell, especially the duvets.
