My stay at this hotel was a major letdown. The room quality was far below expectations, and basic standards of cleanliness were not met. Several amenities were broken. I visited with a friend who did'nt want to complain because we did'nt want our holiday to get ruined What made the experience significantly worse was the manager’s attitude. He is never available. When I brought up the problems, the manager was unresponsive and unprofessional, offering no real assistance or solutions. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. we stayed for a week the house keeping staff were shouting loudly and keep their music loud on their phones which is disturbing for the Guests. I am giving atleast 1 star because of the front desk guy who was humble i think his name is Ragu and the other lady at the front desk indian female. The common washroom is so bad with the bad odour smell reaches in to the lobby and no toilet paper. if u want to stay in this hotel please bring your own toilet paper. The Designated manger written was Neel shah but I did not see him once. what a hotel managing with out an active manager. I even saw roaches and hair in the bathtub. thank god will never stay at this place. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you want a comfortable and respectful hotel experience.

I don’t know why this hotel has bad reviews? We booked 4 day stay at cheap rates, approx $65 per night. Clean room, pool area and breakfast area. We arrived and got a gift bag two waters and two Lorna dune cookie snacks! Can walk across to beach, parking under neath hotel, outback and in front. You can avoid parking fees by walking across street to beach. Breakfast was great! Hot tea, bagels, yogurt, cereal, muffins and assorted toppings. Plenty ice and filtered water. The help super nice. Plenty of pros to stay here and affordable. Only con, get more luggage racks for us elderly.

Upon arrival the older gentleman i can't remember his name was very kind and polite. He was such a gracious host because this was a busy weekend. We didn't have any issues with the room it was perfect and very clean for us. No issues with the price it was perfect no issues with sleeping it was perfect for us anyway. As I stated it was a lot of events going on this particular weekend. Our room had a great and amazing view of the beach to which the hotel is within walking distance about a few minutes from the beach. Overall a great experience from start to finish. Would stay here again if im in town. One other thing is that I'm not a big breakfast person so there wasn't a lot to offer for breakfast just grab and go and that was fine with me. But there is a Golden Corral next door for food and other great eatery nearby. Just to let you know about the breakfast if you was expecting the full meal deal. But it was great for me because of how light I eat. Otherwise a perfect spot

Bathroom was moldy. Closet adjoining the bathroom wall smelled the worst and was just painted in dark blue to cover the mold. Wall was squishy. Just horrible. I’ve never been in a hotel this bad. It’s a hazard to your health and this place should be shut down.

Once I stepped into the hotel, it has a distinct smell that was a little unbearable. I walked into our hotel room, and the first thing I saw was a dead roach on the floor. The rest of the room was very dirty, it had gum on the floor, crumbs, and the room was just overall a little messy. When it was time for showers, we couldn't figure out how to make the water go down into the drain and the soap looked used. We also had barely enough tissue and we had no towels. For the trash cans, the trash bags were just over the rim so that we could do it ourselves. The view out of our balcony was terrible, we only had a view of the parking lot and a few buildings. The old railing to our balcony had been on the grass beforehand, which left us with a much cheaper-made replacement railing. We had no hotel workers welcome and give us our goodbye when we left. After just 30 minutes of being at the hotel, we wanted to leave instantly and when we left, we were excited to go some place else. I personally think that Spark just bought out "by Hilton" just to make it seem like this hotel was luxurious and all that. One of my family members had to go around cleaning the whole room and bathroom because of something she had seen in the bathroom, and it was very displeasing. Please don't come to this hotel, you've seen the 2.7 star rating, right?
