Every modern suite at our extended-stay hotel has a living area, work desk, dining space, and a full kitchen. Stay connected with complimentary internet access, and relax on the sofa watching the 43-inch TV. Traveling with family? Our larger suites feature private bedrooms, and we have cribs and high chairs to ensure young ones are comfortable. Connecting suites and accessible suites are also available.
Wake up each morning to a complimentary hot full breakfast, and join us on Wednesdays for a complimentary evening social*. Our Suite Shop is open 24 hours for drinks, snacks and frozen meals, and a dozen Galveston restaurants are within a mile of the hotel. - IMI'm a be groovin till the world stop movin5 days ago1.0We went down day before our cruise to stay as we have many time before my wife is a Hilton honors member we booked this month's in advance we go to check in and the front receptionist guy who's name is Joe tells my wife her reservation has been canceled she ask him how can it be canceled im the only one who can cancel it and I never did and he shrugs his shoulder at us and rrlwfused to talk to us again after started helping other guest and ignored us completely after that so my wife gets on the phone with Hilton and they tell us he is the one who canceled and he can just rebook it bu he refused to do that and he also refused to talk to the Hilton people on the phone and they were trying to call him at his phone as well and he wouldn't pick up so finally after an hour of this he finally answered the Hilton people trying to call him and rebooked our room.... he canceled our reservation on purpose and then refused to talk to us our his own management after that this was unacceptable his name was Joe front end receptionist I have never been treated like this before it was honestly weird like he did all of this for no reason I still dont understand his motive or why he did this I believe it was race but I honestly dont know but this was unacceptable

We were in town for a training nearby and my colleagues were visiting from abroad. Upon their check-in I was not present and there was a bit of confusion about payment, however Rickie immediately called me the next day and resolved it. Once I arrived on-site he was nothing but helpful and kind to us, even giving me an energy drink on a day I looked a bit tired. Had a wonderful stay thanks to his kindness.

After a hectic travel day, I checked in online to avoid more interaction and was frustrated to learn I still needed to stop by the front desk. I even gave Joe a hard time via the Hilton app—completely unfair on my part; he did nothing wrong. When we arrived, Joe greeted me by name, joked lightly about our chat, and instantly turned my day around. I’m actually grateful he had me stop by: since we didn’t bring a car, he had us sign a form to avoid an unnecessary parking charge—he was truly looking out for us. The room was spotless, the staff was fantastic, and Joe was the standout. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone—do yourself a favor and book here. If you’re lucky, you’ll get Joe at the front desk!
