- AAAnnJan 3, 20262.0Front desk staff staff Hailey was rude when I asked about late check out, I informed her i would pay, she continued to tell me it was due to availability but when I checked online they had plenty of rooms including mine. The only thing I could do was pay for another night... so.. when I called they couldnt offer me late check out due to availability so why was I offered my same room for another night? Also when I called to ask about the coffee maker taking k cups they said it did so I brought my Starbucks and was disappointed that it was not so i had to spend money on flavored coffee creamer. Staff should know what is in the room. I also have a knee injury that requires me to have a stool in the shower, they were kind enough to offer me one because the room with the seat in the shower was unavailable. I was very relieved, they let me know it would be in the room within the hour so i could take a shower but i had to call them 4 hours later to remind them. If your kind enough to offer something to a person in need please follow through. Screenshot enclosed

A couple months before our planned stay, we changed our flight and would only be staying one night (night 2). I looked up their cancellation policy and found I would not be refunded the first night, which is standard with most hotels nowadays and I accepted I would be out that money. We arrived on our second night and found the hotel checked us out for our whole trip as we were no call no shows for night 1. Nobody called or emailed me warning this would happen. After much discussion they said they could refund me the second night as we were at the hotel and we needed a place to stay… but the card on file was no longer valid. I asked if they could refund to another card or simply provide us a room WE PAID FOR and they refused. I now had to pay for a third night and they are not willing to do anything for us. Will never be coming back here again
