  This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. Cleanliness is my top priority when choosing accommodations, and the room was impeccably maintained. I am very attentive to detail and took the time to inspect every area, including the mattress, linens, and surrounding spaces. Everything was pristine, reflecting a high standard of care and consistency. What truly distinguished the experience were the thoughtful finishing touches. The towel art and carefully arranged paper details added a quiet elegance, making the room feel intentional, welcoming, and genuinely cared for rather than simply prepared. The staff were gracious and courteous throughout our stay. Their warmth felt sincere and attentive, leaving a lasting impression in a way that true hospitality does. This has now become our preferred place to stay. Between the immaculate room, the attentive service, and the enjoyable breakfast, the experience felt both comfortable and refined. We will absolutely return

  this Homewood Suites should be the standard to all other Homewood Suites.. extraordinarily well kept, spacious, no bad odors, very welcoming. Outstanding and friendly staff, attentive and kind. Fresh hot breakfast.. this is by far my Homewood Suites hotel that I have stayed in and among my overall Hilton favorites.

  Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas-Frisco is tucked into a super convenient corner of North Dallas, and this stay felt a bit like checking into a charming sitcom: great cast, fun setting, a few unexpected plot twists, and a slightly dramatic AC unit doing its best impression of a helicopter in flight. If star ratings had an “it’s complicated” option, that’s exactly where this visit would land.The delightfulPrime North Dallas/Frisco location with quick access to the tollway and a buffet of nearby restaurants, shopping, and events, which makes it an easy home base for exploring.The property itself is refreshingly clean inside and out, from the lobby to the exterior, which makes a great first impression.Front desk staff deserve their own standing ovation: attentive, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay.Complimentary hot breakfast is a legit perk, with solid hours and enough variety to feel like more than just a token muffin-and-coffee situation.Using the app’s digital key is a game changer and makes zipping in and out of the room feel smooth and modern.The so-soOn paper, the amenities are great—outdoor pool, fitness area, and other extended-stay comforts—but in practice they land more in the “nice to have” than “wow, I’d book just for this” category.Parking is generally fine, but if you roll in later in the evening, be prepared for a mild game of “spot scavenger hunt” as open spaces get scarce.The frustratingThe room change after already hand-picking a first-floor room was a real plot twist, especially with an injury making ground-floor access a priority.Being moved to the third floor came with an AC unit that sounded ready for takeoff and a chorus of hallway and neighboring-room noise, turning what should have been a restful night into more of an overnight adventure.The final vibe This hotel sits in an honestly fantastic, high-convenience pocket of Frisco, with friendly staff, a clean property, and a breakfast that starts the day on the right note, but the room assignment shuffle and noisy overnight experience made it hard to fully relax. For now, this stay lands somewhere between “I’d happily return for the location and service” and “I may explore other spots nearby and see how the sequel compares.”

  Don't stay here unless you want to climb stairs. Both elevators out of service. They fixed one and it worked for less than 8 hours. Just putting a band aid on the situation is not working. I'm handicapped but did not request handicapped room since they had elevators. Now I'm stuck on the 3rd floor until its fixed. No offer of adjustment to my bill. We checked out and went to another hotel. They did only charge us for the one night stay and gave us extra points. However it did cost us an extra 2 hours to make that change. Also due to no working elevator, we missed the complementary breakfest.

  Thank you for a comfortable and pleasant experience! The housekeeping at this hotel was phenomenal making sure all areas of the hotel and room were spotless and smelling fresh, and that was a huge priority for me. Great location, plenty of walking areas nearby and plenty of restaurants. The rooms are comfy even having their own room and door. Highly recommend!
