The first time, after several calls, maintenance finally came with a kitchen staff member to remove it. The second time, I was told the earliest assistance would be after 6 a.m., so I had to figure out ways to deal with it while I get ready for work. The staff mentioned there wasn’t much they could do and offered a drink and snack instead. While I understand policies around staff entering rooms, the situation was stressful and poorly handled. I hope management reviews pest control and guest response procedures so others don’t go through this. My rating will be a 0 if given a chance.
