It’s always great seeing the same staff every year when we come and them remembering you as well they are so friendly, helpful, and kind. The rooms are clean and the location you cannot beat you are near everything. Looking forward to my next stay

I got assigned a second floor room when I had initially checked in to a first floor room. The room also had a really terrible "view" of the roof of the lobby. Very basic rooms. Generally clean, though a bit dated, in need of some maintenance. The compressor on the mini fridge in the room was LOUD and rattled on and off every thirty minutes. Kind of scummy to put out bottles of water which were free for guests with a higher rewards status, but $3 each for normal guests (for really basic bottled water, good grief). No free continental breakfast. I would give this location a pass in lieu of other nearby hotels.
