    My experience at this Hampton Inn was below subpar at best. The rooms were decent for the most part, but one of the days during our stay housekeeping totally neglected to come clean out rooms even after we specifically asked them too. They said our rooms weren’t on the list, and when I asked the front desk about it all they could say was you have full service, we don’t know why they didn’t come clean which was an unacceptable answer. That left a bad impression on me. But what’s even worse was that during checkout , I went to ask for help to bring my bags down, which I would have usually done on my own, knowing that they aren’t a 5 star hotel , and they don’t have porters as an offered service, but keep in mind I am SIX months pregnant. I went to ask the front desk attendant (Ricardo) if there was anyone who could help me and he coldly brushed me off and said no not at all. He didn’t even bother looking for anyone or asking anyone to help me. I pleaded with him and told him that I am pregnant and he said yeah I understand, but there’s nothing we can do. 😕😕 It was the inhumane treatment of the situation that made me upset. But rather than letting my pregnant hormones go off on him, I said better yet, I will write a scathing review on their terrible service and treatment that I received. Thank you Ricardo, for refusing to find me help. I hope people see this review and think twice about this Hampton Inn. They will clean your room when you feel like it and they don’t care if you are pregnant.

    The rooms are nice, clean and affordable. The staff at this hotel make it worthwhile. My wife just had hip surgery and they got us in a handicap room and loaned us a wheelchair to use. Thank you, Alejandra and Ricardo.

    Canceled my room after check-in. They had a bed bug issue a week or so prior and my family wasn’t going to chance it. I was willing to receive the late cancellation fee. However, over a month later and I haven’t received any refund for my two night stay.. shame.
