We arrived in Frisco today 1/7/26. We were greeted by the nicest lady. Her name is Angel!
We felt totally at home once we met her. We flew in from Seattle. It was good having her check us in. When we got to our ur room we walk in and the floor had cuts in the carpet. We love staying at Embassy Suites. The room needs work, especially if I stub my toe right outside the rest room. I can handle blemishes in the room but the friendliness of the staff makes me feel good about being back in Texas. Thank for training them up right.

If it wasn’t for the location, friendly staff, and decent breakfast. I’d probably score this hotel a 2. I’m not one to complain a whole lot but my room wasn’t cleaned after I removed the DND sign. I had to call that same night to request fresh towels and trash removal. The hotel is very dated so don’t expect a modernized Home2suites vibe. The shower puddles a little, tv flickers, and one of our kitchenette drawers kept coming aloose. The young male receptionist was very patient and helpful when I experienced a personal dilemma. I was still able to check into my room within 40 minutes. The pool was a little chilly during the cold days, I thought the hotel would warm it up concerning the weather changing. The outer temp is warm like a sauna though and the pool bathrooms are freezing, I don’t recommend changing in there when wet. I had to wrap my nephew in a towel to protect him from getting sick. The breakfast was ok but it would be nice to have more selections for non pork eaters in the buffet. One attendant gave my mom and I a lid and tray to cover our food otw up to the room to avoid receiving germs in the public air. The view from the balcony and access to the many shopping areas and attractions is a nice touch. Hint, if you’re trying to avoid paying for parking, the baseball field parking was pretty empty all 3 days after Christmas if you’re willing to walk a few feet. Parking is to expensive for this hotel but maybe it will go toward the updated rooms in the future.

Stayed for NYE… booked a premium “suite”, no different than a regular room but they gave us ~$10 in gas station snacks. Went to wash my face and NO hot water (let the water run for 10ish min). The staff working the reception were nice/respectful. Long line to check in, only one person working. Around 10:30 pm the neighbor had a bit too much to drink and was knocking on our door- maybe look at security guards to patrol?

I am writing to report unacceptable behavior by a bellman during my stay on 12/27/2025.Incident detailsUpon arrival, I asked the bellman where I could get a cart to bring my belongings to my rooms. He replied that the carts were on any floor and that I had to get it myself, offering no assistance at all. After I had used the cart and was getting situated in the two rooms I reserved, the same bellman approached me again, tapped me on the shoulder, and asked when I was bringing “his” buggy back, even though he had not helped me get it in the first place. Later, when I went downstairs with my family to get drinks, he stopped me again to ask if I was bringing the buggy down, in front of my family and other guests. This repeated confrontation was unprofessional and made me feel harassed. The fact that he put his hands on me at all is completely unacceptable and a violation of basic guest boundaries. Physical contact like that from staff should never occur without clear consent. Expectations and impact. At a minimum, bell staff are expected to offer assistance with luggage or, if self-service is the policy, to communicate that politely and then refrain from repeatedly pressuring guests about carts. Instead, I was treated rudely, touched without permission, and repeatedly confronted over a cart that I had to retrieve myself. This behavior reflects poorly on your property and contradicts basic hospitality standards. Requested actionThis employee needs immediate coaching and corrective action regarding guest interaction, boundaries, and professionalism. Staff should be reminded that carts are a service for guests, not leverage to hassle them, and that physical contact is not acceptable. As a suggestion, “a smiling face to the left of your facility” is the type of attitude your bell staff should represent when greeting and assisting guests, not the confrontational conduct I experienced. Positive note: In fairness, the front desk (Martavius) provided exceptional customer service throughout my stay and handled all other aspects of my visit professionally and courteously. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I expect this behavior to be addressed so future guests are not treated this way. I'm not your employee. I'AM YOUR GUEST!!!!! MAKE THIS RIGHT.

Had a wonderful experience tonight at the reception. The bartender, Stacia Bridges, was kind, engaged the patrons, and took the time to get to know me and my family. We just got in and she’s made the experience exceptional! We appreciate you Stacia. The rest of the staff was courteous and helpful, but Stacia killed it!
