    Love coming to this place. Not just for the ambience but more so important the service. Everyone is amazing. Breakfast is delicious and the server, Zeff is amazing. Always went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Just amazing all around

    ***LEAH*** Leah greeted me at the front desk when I came to check in. This is my first time staying at the canopy. She was a wonderful welcome to the property. She told me everything I needed to know, and upon entering my room, I had some concerns about the volume of air coming through the HVAC system I contacted Leah and let her know my concerns and she immediately had somebody come up and check what was going on and also brought a box fan with in the event. The system was working, but it just wasn’t enough airflow for my liking. Turns out that is exactly what I needed. The air was working. I did need more airflow in that fan did the trick for me. Leah, thank you so much for everything that you did to make sure that I slept like a baby while I was here I will definitely stay here again. You’re an absolute gem and I hope I see you when I come here again.

    ZERO STARS. IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS TRAVELER GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Please. Got charged a late cancel fee when this hotel cancelled our booking. There is the front desk lady that had the worst customer service I ever dealt with at a Hilton property ever. I tried to reason with her as she was pregnant at first but once I was lied to my attitude changed and I demanded a solution and answers. We booked well in advance as business travelers, yet when we arrived, they overbooked and completely failed to honor our reservation that we booked three months ago. We called when we got to Dallas hours before we arrived and no answer. They never answer their phones we have realized when we tried to get help from other Hilton properties. The staff refused to answer phone calls from HILTON hotel customer service as well as surrounding hotels trying to help us. The front desk lady gave conflicting stories saying they overbooked, sent cancellation email, called, and ultimately lied about it all except for the overbooking aspect. Canceling our reservation, lies telling us they reserved a room for us fully compensated for the night at Tru Hilton to find out it was a lie, also a lie that it will be cheaper, also calling other hotels a lie. No calls were made. No arrangements were made. This is a nightmare from hell. This situation was from 1130pm approximately that lasted until 230am. This is a disgrace to the Hilton brand. The lack of accountability and professionalism is shocking —the property and staff just awful. Poorly managed. THEY CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION AND STATED ITS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE? We trusted Hilton for reliability and service, but this experience was beyond frustrating — it was dishonest. An investigation needs to be opened into how this property handles reservations and treats guests. Absolutely unacceptable. Meanwhile the Frisco cops were called by the front desk lady while I was on the phone with Hilton and gave me a trespassing notice? I am at a loss of words, I asked to speak with a manager, I wanted a room, I wanted a stay that I reserved for. I was really agitated about this situation and all she did is hide in the back room and call the cops. Mind you not she did not even answer to HILTON Customer Service. The Frisco cops were on the phone with Hilton Customer Service more than she was and understood the situation of HILTON CANOPY CANCELLING THE RESERVATION. Poor etiquette and HORRIBLE experience. Never again. IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS TRAVELER DO NOT STAY HERE. Save the headache please. Don’t be stranded feeling helpless like me at 3am.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review for Roy at Canopy by Hilton – Dallas I can’t say enough about the exceptional care I received from Roy during my stay at the Canopy. While visiting Dallas, I experienced something truly unexpected—I was struck by lightning while holding an umbrella. After being released from the hospital, I returned to the hotel shaken, sore, and exhausted. Roy didn’t just do his job—he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, supported, and well taken care of. He checked in on me personally, ensured I had everything I needed, and even made sure the entire staff was aware of my situation. The next day, every team member I encountered was kind, accommodating, and genuinely caring. During such a difficult and surreal moment, Roy’s compassion and professionalism made a world of difference. His service turned what could have been a nightmare into a moment of true hospitality. I’m deeply grateful, and I highly recommend staying at the Canopy—especially if you’re lucky enough to be greeted by Roy. Thank you, Roy. You’re a real one. 🙏🏽⚡️

    I don’t have enough words to praise this property and more importantly the staff here. From my first interaction with them over the phone to when we got here - the staff has been extremely helpful. I have to give a shout out to Roy at the front desk who went really above and beyond to accommodate a particularly difficult situation - he worked very hard with his manager Omar to make it happen and helped us stay comfortable and make this an exceptional stay. The rooms are very clean as is the property. It’s in a really nice new area. It’s close to everything and a short drive to a ton of options to eat and have fun at. It’s also just a short drive to the airport. The rooms are big and they’ve maintained it very well. We look forward to staying here again the next time and I highly recommend staying at the Canopy at Frisco.
