    I’m a flight attendant and stay in hotels for business or pleasure about 250 nights a year. I often wonder who the heck thought this room design was a good idea?! I have to say I was immediately impressed by the Canopy! Everything about the room design seemed intentional and well thought out. Properly lighting in the bedroom and proper lighting in the bathroom for shaving or applying makeup. Plenty of seating, a fridge drawer and an entire luggage bench! You need a bottle or wine opener? they got it! You need a decent iron and board they have it! Need to check yourself out before you leave the room? Full length mirror in a well lit foyer for the perfect selfie! The service was also great from the valet to the front desk. Shai at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. Hotel lobby was clean and beautiful. I honestly couldn’t find one thing I disliked about this hotel and that is SUPER RARE! Highly recommend

    Leah was very helpful during our stay! Rooms were a bit warm and would not cool down making it hard to sleep (even in December). Shower also was broken and the water would not completely turn off. Also a bit odd getting charged for anything and everything that would normally be complementary at most hotels (Parking, Breakfast, Coffee, etc)

    My stay at the Canopy by Hilton in Frisco was excellent, and the highlight was absolutely Leah. There are people who work just to collect a paycheck, and then there are rare gems who genuinely enjoy helping others and making life a little easier. Leah is one of those people. She was kind, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her warmth and professionalism made all the difference in our stay and left a lasting impression. The room was spotless, comfortable, and incredibly well thought out. Everything I needed was right at my fingertips, making the stay very convenient and accommodating—I honestly didn’t even need to leave the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again, and Leah deserves recognition for the exceptional service she provides.❤️

    Zeff who helped us every morning with coffee and breakfast was so kind. He was friendly and professional. He is a great representation of Canopy and hope he gets the recognition for the way he ensures guests are well taken care of. We also had a gentleman at the front desk help us out when we locked ourselves out of our room with the inside security latch on. It was tricky and he was so knowledgeable, reassuring and got us back in our room. We love this hotel. We’ve always had great experiences here. Highly recommend!

    I recently stayed at this place and had a wonderful overall experience, but I would especially like to highlight my breakfast visit at the café this morning. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for the start of my day. What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Zeff. His care, attention, and genuine hospitality were absolutely top-notch. Zeff went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well taken care of, always checking in with a friendly smile and a positive attitude. His professionalism combined with his warmth made me feel truly at home, which is something not easily found. The breakfast experience was made even more enjoyable because of Zeff’s thoughtful service, and it left a lasting impression on my stay. Staff members like him truly elevate the quality of a hotel and make guests feel valued and appreciated.
