We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a mixed experience — some genuinely great aspects, but also several issues that really took away from our stay. Pros: -The hotel itself is new, modern, and well-designed. Both the room and the bathroom were clean, spacious, and visually very nice. -The gym was excellent — one of the better hotel gyms I’ve used. -Great location, with convenient on-road parking nearby. -Front of House staff, especially Marcus, were outstanding. He was extremely welcoming, highly knowledgeable, and his customer service was genuinely top-tier. A real asset to the hotel. Cons: -We used the valet once, and the following day the car absolutely stank of smoke. We raised it with the front desk who did remove the charge, but the situation was still unacceptable and put us off using the service for the rest of the stay. -Our first room had a non-working TV and a safe that didn’t function. We were moved to an upgraded room, but the safe still didn’t work. We were told it would be fixed, but no one ever came. -The rooms are not fully blackout, which made sleeping more difficult. -Breakfast service was genuinely awful. One server in particular was extremely rude and seemed angry from the moment we arrived. We had to ask if we were even allowed to sit down, and then had to request to place an order. The food wasn’t any better — the bacon came out burnt to a crisp (I’ve attached a video). -The thermostat in the room is not changeable, the fan is set at high and not able to modified, for the amount of money you pay to stay here, I think it's the least that could be offered

Very nice hotel. Very chic and modern. The firehouse lobby, restaurant, and bar areas are really nice.

We ate in the restaurant for my husband birthday. First of all the sun was blinding and they didn't have blinds or curtains for relief. As far as the food, I could tell the concept they were reaching for but nobody's dish in our party was memorable. So much so, I don't even recall what we ordered. Skip this place, your $$ would be better spent somewhere else

This hotel is absolutely stunning. It's the perfect combination of swanky and vintage. In a perfect, very walk-able, area of Fort Worth. Great service, great restaurant, great rooms. 10/10 reccomend!
