The review to end all reviews.
We were in town for an event at AT&T Stadium but wanted to have a weekend staycation as well. The location was perfect—close to everything you’d want while still removed from the busy downtown and congested areas. The construction outside the front entrance was unsightly and caused some congestion during peak hours or when wedding parties arrived, but overall, it was still a great location.
Rooms: 5/5
The rooms were on the smaller side, but beautifully laid out and extremely intentional. No cabinet, drawer, or light fixture seemed out of place, and nothing felt wasted. The bed was one of the best hotel beds I've ever stayed in—the mattress toppers were excellent. At the end of the day, that’s the most important component of a hotel: guaranteeing a good night’s rest. Soundproofing was excellent, although I’m not sure how full the hotel was when we stayed. The bathroom had an excellent layout and design, and the shower had great water pressure. The rooms are the highlight of the hotel.
Amenities: 4/5
The Emilia restaurant and bar were both beautiful and great options to impress, but the food was average. We only had breakfast at Emilia, which was good but not worth the price—though it was included in our stay. The spa and gym were phenomenal. Truly 10/10. The gym was one of the best hotel gyms I’ve been in: large, well-equipped, and spread across multiple rooms. My wife went to the spa and enjoyed her time there. The spa is quite a walk from the main hotel and requires transferring floors twice via elevator, making it confusing at first, but the separation was ultimately nice.
The complimentary town car was a great perk, but nobody seemed to know how to contact the valet. It saved us a few dollars from Ubering, but it wasn’t convenient. That leads me to the last part of the review.
Service: 2/5
If service were consistently excellent, I have no doubt this would be a 5-star hotel. This is where the hotel falls significantly short. Some front desk workers were very helpful and knowledgeable; others were misleading or even deceiving. Valet and front service were excellent across the board. Concierge often wouldn’t answer the phone, and one staff member was rude to us. Housekeeping was excellent. Overall, it was very hit or miss, and unfortunately, the few bad actors and incompetent interactions bring down the prestige and brand of an otherwise high-quality hotel.
Overall: I’d come back for the great rooms and amenities, but expect service to be inconsistent.

The hotel stay was amazing and the rooms are very nice as well as the Staff that we interacted with. Highly disappointed with the management have been trying to get a hold of someone all day to talk to them about the excessive charges charge for our card. We only stayed one night and worked charge three different times. Well over $600 over what our room actually cost to stay in. They will gladly take your money but will not and have not Answered why we were way overcharged three different charges at that when the room is only 221 for the whole stay. I was directed to the manager called her directly was put on hold by her and then shortly after hung up on. Called back again and talk to The hotel staff, they said that the hotel manager will call me before 3 o’clock today That Did not happen. I called back again around 4 o’clock and was put on hold for 30 after they asked what I was calling for. No one ever came to the phone so I hun and called back, the phone was picked up and hung right back up again. I will have to make it personal visit to the hotel to get this resolved and that is ridiculous. The Hotel manager’s name is Ruth Vargas, I also sent her two separate emails Response. Someone please explain to me why You charge me three separate times well over what we should’ve been charged for.
