My company books between 20/30 nights per month, and we were informed that Staybridge would be a reliable partner to begin doing business with. Unfortunately, our very first experience was a complete disaster. Our company paid in full, one week in advance, for an employee’s accommodations. His card was placed on file for incidentals only. Despite this, his card was charged multiple times—and for more than the prepaid amount! He was charged halfway through his stay, and twice more before his stay concluded. I notified the front desk and Hotel manager Tammy immediately and was assured the issue had been resolved. However, the unauthorized charges continued, and responsibility was shifted to the reservations team. No one took accountability at any point. This experience has been unacceptable and unprofessional. As a result, we will not be doing business with this establishment again. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues to prevent future clients from enduring a similar experience.
